Drew Barrett is the President of Brooklyn FoodWorks, a premier culinary incubator located in Bed-Stuy, Brooklyn. Prior to leading Brooklyn FoodWorks, Drew was the Chief Operating Officer of Dinner Lab, Inc., a forward-thinking culinary events company, where he oversaw expansion and growth of the business platform across the country. Before joining Dinner Lab in 2012, Drew was the Co-Founder and Chief Operating Officer of Total Surgical Management, LLC and L2 Surgical LLC, a surgical implant group which he helped grow from startup to over $20 million in combined annual revenues. Previously, he worked with the Financial Restructuring Group of Houlihan Lokey in their New York office, during which time he facilitated successful corporate financial reorganizations as well as managed many successful M&A transactions, primarily in the energy sector. Drew attended the University of Virginia where he earned a M.S. in Accounting from the McIntire School of Commerce as well as a B.S. in Commerce with concentrations in Accounting and Finance and a B.A. in Economics.
