With 20+ years experience in interactive media, Holley founded Making Food Work in 2009. She is an entrepreneur and an activist at heart, and has spent the last five years supporting sustainable food+tech enterprises in NYC. In 2010 Holley co-founded both the food+tech Meetup and the Slow Money NYC Meetup. She serves on the boards of Slow Food NYC and the Culinary Historians of New York and is active in Chefs for the Marcellus and numerous civic, environmental, and progressive political causes. Holley consults the likes of Phoenicia Diner, Sea to Table, Cleaver Co. / The Green Table, Brooklyn Farmacy & Soda Fountain, Bristol Bay Sockeye Salmon, A Better World By Design, and numerous others on digital strategy, marketing & branding, social media, and much more. She holds a dual B.A. in History and French from Brown University and has completed the Advanced Culinary Techniques course at ICC (fka French Culinary Institute).
